RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Longway Apparel piece, however if you wish to return or exchange an item(s) please read through the information below and remember that the Longway Team will be happy to help you at email@example.com.
Longway Apparel has a 14 day return policy. Returns must be sent back within 14 days of being purchased, in perfect original sale condition: UNWORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the above conditions are met, you can:
- Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us if you wish a refund or exchange (in this case we would also need to know the new size you wish)
- Mail us your goods to the following address:

- Bring us your returned/exchanged goods to our Madrid studio:

*Note that Customers must pay for the return costs unless you have received a faulty or wrong product. Longway Apparel encourages tracked and insured shipping service for your safety and recommends marking international parcels as 'Returns' to help prevent custom charges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and undergone our quality control check, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, informing you on the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved, refunds will be processed and exchanged items will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Refunds: credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus any original postage costs.
